How Crew Rights Compass is funded

The site is funded by sales of its own ebooks, sold individually through Gumroad, and possibly in future by clearly labelled advertising and education licences. The careers directory, help links, free checklist and tools are free and will stay free.

Paid placements

There are currently no sponsored or paid placements anywhere on the site.

Any future paid placement will be labelled Sponsored, use rel="sponsored" on its link and be kept separate from rights and welfare content. Paying for a placement does not affect directory order or editorial content.

Relationships

• We receive no payment, commission or referral fee from any employer, agency, lawyer or organisation linked on this site.
• We charge candidates nothing and earn nothing from job applications.
• No employer, union, regulator or support organisation endorses Crew Rights Compass. We do not use their logos.
• The author may have worked for or with organisations in the maritime industry. No former or current employer has approved or sponsored this site.

If this changes, we will update this page before the relationship affects anything you see.
